Shipping & Delivery Policy
How your kits are shipped, what it costs and how long it takes.

1. What we ship
Portage ships physical organization and protection kits only. We are not a moving, freight or storage service: we deliver the equipment to your address; we do not carry, transport or store your own belongings.
2. Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout in USD before you pay. A standard shipping rate applies to most orders. Plus members receive free standard shipping, and Pro members receive free priority shipping.
3. Processing and delivery times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time then depends on destination and the selected carrier service. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking when your order ships.
4. Carriers
We use established tracked carriers. The carrier receives only the delivery details needed to complete your shipment. See the Privacy Policy for how delivery data is handled.
5. International orders
We ship to the countries offered at checkout. For international deliveries, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the USD price shown.
6. Problems with delivery
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support@lztrans.shopwith your order number and we will resolve it, including replacement where appropriate (see the Refund & Return Policy).
