Refund & Return Policy

How refunds, returns and membership cancellations are handled for physical Portage kits.

1. Return window

You may return unused kits in their original, resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Start a return by emailing support@lztrans.shop with your order number and the reason for return.

2. Return shipping

For a standard change-of-mind return, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, faulty or wrongly sent. We recommend a tracked service because we cannot refund items we do not receive back.

3. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If a kit arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or issue a full refund including return shipping, at no cost to you.

4. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety, items that have been used, assembled, compressed, washed or are no longer in resaleable condition cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original Stripe payment method, typically within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return or approving a claim. Original outbound shipping is refunded only where the return is due to our error.

6. Membership cancellations

You can cancel Plus or Pro membership anytime; access continues to the end of the current paid period and the current period is not refunded. Membership is a subscription for benefits, not credits or stored balance, and unused benefits do not carry over or convert to cash.

7. Consumer rights

Your statutory consumer rights under the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom apply in addition to this policy. Contact support@lztrans.shop for any refund question.
